LINE AND STAFF RELATIONS

It shall be the policy of the Washington Parish School Board that a person shall be accountable for the execution of his/her duties to one and only one supervisor. 

All personnel shall refer matters requiring action to their immediate supervisor.  Supervisors shall refer such matters to the next higher authority when necessary.

All personnel shall have the right to appeal any decision made by a supervisor, through approved grievance procedures.
