Motion to approve the Board's property Insurance with Bill McGehee Insurance, Inc. The annual premium for property insurance is $832,060.95 and the annual premium for Mechanical and Electronic Data Equipment is $5,413.00, effective from 4/1/2024 to 4/1/2025.
