Motion to approve the minutes for the November 9, 2023 Regular Board Meeting.

6. To discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Resolution ordering and calling a special election to be held by the Parish School Board of the Parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, acting as the governing authority of School District No. 2 of the Parish of Washington, State of Louisiana (the “District”) on Saturday, April 27, 2024, to authorize the continuation of the levy and collection of a 4.83 mills, 10-year ad valorem tax, for the purpose of constructing, acquiring, improving, maintaining and operating schools and school related facilities for the public schools of the District, and providing equipment and furnishings therefor; and further making application to the State Bond Commission for consent and authorization to hold the aforesaid election; and further providing for other matters in connection therewith

7. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding bids received for telecommunication services and equipment for e-rate
Motion to approve the bid of Hunt Land Holdings, LLC for the amount of $7,360.00 per month with a one-time setup fee of $14,000.00. Washington Parish School Board will pay 15% and Erate will pay 85%.

Ms. Knight presented the October 2023 financial statements for the following funds:
General Fund
School Lunch Fund
Tax District #4 Bond Sinking Fund
9. Report from the firm of EisnerAmper, LLC regarding the 2022/2023 audit of general purpose financial statements
Brandy Smith, EisnerAmper, LLC, gave a brief overview of the 2022/2023
audit. She stated that the report showed a clean or unmodified opinion.
10. Consider a motion to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Franklinton Dixie Baseball Association
