HOLD HARMLESS
I/we (name) hereby declare that in consideration for the Washington Parish School Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, allowing (name) presence upon and use of the Board's facilities limited to the (facility), I/we by these present assume the entire responsibility and liability and will indemnify and hold harmless the Board and its agents, servants, insurers, and employees from and against any and all causes of actions, suits, claims, damages, losses, expenses and demands made against the Board because of property damage, injury, or alleged injury (including death) whether caused by its negligence or otherwise arising from or in connection with the use of the Board's facilities and agree to defend any suit action or cause of action brought against the Board and its servants, insurers, or employees based on such property damage, injury or alleged injury (including death) and to pay all damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, in connection therewith or resulting therefrom.
