ELECTRONIC TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICES
No employee, unless authorized by his/her immediate supervisor or designee, shall use or operate any electronic telecommunication device including any facsimile system, radio paging service, mobile telephone service, intercom, or electromechanical paging system in any elementary or secondary school building, or on the grounds thereof or in any school bus during instructional time and/or the performance of his/her assigned duties to include Special Food Service personnel and bus operators. A violation of these provisions shall be grounds for disciplinary action.
EMPLOYEE CELLULAR PHONE USE
The use of cellular telephones by personnel during instructional time shall be prohibited. Use of cellular telephones during free time shall be permitted with the discretion of the principal.
