AIR CONDITIONING

The Washington Parish School Board shall permit teachers to install air conditioners in their individual classrooms.  However, all wiring and electrical connections used for installation shall become the property of the Board and these materials may not be removed when the teacher leaves or is transferred from a school.

Electrical installation must be performed by a certified electrician and prior approval for installation will be made through the central office.
