Ms. Knight presented the July 2023 financial statements for the following funds:

9. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Board's liability insurance
Motion to approve the Board's liability insurance with Bill McGehee Insurance, Inc. in the amount of $301,239.29 for the period of October 1, 2023 to October 1, 2024.

Motion to approve a stipend of $2,500.00 for certificated positions and $1,500.00 for support personnel, with the exception of the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent, to be paid in December 2023.
