13. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Student Accident Insurance coverage for the 2023/2024 school year
Motion to approve Bollinger Specialty Group's renewal proposal for an annual premium of $33,128.00 and an additional annual premium of $3,169.00 for catastrophic coverage for the period beginning 8/1/2023 through 7/31/2023.

Motion to accept the proposal from Stranco Solid Waste Management Company, LLC for $81,060.24 for the period 8/1/2023 through 7/31/2024.

15. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding payments of employee insurance premiums to Office of Group Benefits (OGB) for employees on leave without pay (LWOP)
Motion to approve employees on leave without pay (LWOP) to pay premiums directly to Office of Group Benefits (OGB).

16. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding payments of cafeteria plan coverage for employees on leave without pay (LWOP)
Motion to approve the District paying Cafetria Plan coverage for employees on leave without pay (LWOP) ONLY after the District has received reimbursement from the employee on LWOP for those premiums normally deducted from a paycheck.

Motion was made by Bruce Brown and the motion was withdrawn by Bruce Brown.
The Board will vote on changes concerning hair color and earrings in the Student Code of Conduct 6-12 at the August 2023 Board Meeting.
20. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding bids received for Waterproofing and Masonry Franklinton Jr. High School
Motion to approve the bid from United Restoration of $622,000.00 for Waterproofing and Masonry Franklinton Jr. High School.
