Ms. Knight presented April 2023 financial statements for the following funds

6.        Consider a motion to appoint the Era-Leader as the Official Journal for the period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024

Motion to appoint the Era-Leader as the Official Journal for the period beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

7.        Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Excess Worker's Compensation for a period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024

Upon the recommendation of Joyce Hogue, Account Executive and Vice- President of Risk Services of Louisiana, the Board approved a one-year contract through Star Insurance Company (7/1/2023-6/30/2024) at a cost of $59,410.00.

8.        Consider a motion to change the rate paid to drivers of district-owned buses for extra-curricular overnight bus trips
