The Washington Parish School Board met in special session on the above date with the following members present: Dan Slocum, John Wyble, Bruce Brown, John Breland, Matthew Tate, Alan McCain, Dewitt Perry, Robert Boone and Lesley McKinley.  Absent: None.

Agenda Item #1 - Call to order

The meeting was called to order by President Matthew Tate. 

Agenda Item #2 – Invocation

The invocation was given by Bruce Brown.

Agenda Item #3 – Pledge of Allegiance

Agenda Item #4 – Discuss and take appropriate action millage for employee supplements.

             It was moved by John Wyble, seconded by John Breland, that the Board approves the amount of tax, 10 mills, that they will place in a proposition for salary supplements to be brought before the board on November 12, 2015.

Matthew Tate – Yes

Robert Boone – Yes

Dewitt Perry – Yes

Lesley McKinley – Yes

Motion carried unanimously.

             It was moved by Dewitt Perry, failed due to a lack of a second, that the Board approve the number of years, 10, for the salary supplement.

             It was moved by John Wyble, seconded by Alan McCain, that the Board approve the number of years, 15, that they will place in a proposition for salary supplements to be brought before the board on November 12, 2015.

             It was moved by John Wyble, seconded by Dan Slocum, that the Board approve the method of disbursement, which will be annually, that they will place in a proposition for salary supplements to be brought before the board on November 12, 2015.

             It was moved by John Wyble, seconded Robert Boone, that the Board adjourn.  Motion carried unanimously.
